Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@shopwoka.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
